Earning your Partnership with commitment, experience and discipline. These are simple values, an attitude, a way of life.
Mike bought his first piece of real estate at 26 years old and earned a California Real Estate Broker License shortly thereafter. Since then, in addition to his real estate brokerage activities, Mike has bought, sold, leased, managed, marketed or syndicated single family residences, condominiums, income units, raw land, commercial buildings and business opportunities for his own and his family's account.
He has taught a Department of Real Estate-approved continuing education course on real estate syndication. He has made presentations before the California Municipal Treasurers Association, the California Society of Finance Officers, local governments, service clubs and charitable organizations. Mike has published over 300 real estate and financial advice columns and industry articles in periodicals and newspapers such as the North County Times, the San Clemente Times, the Orange County Register and the San Clemente Sun Post News.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Finance degree from San Diego State University, graduating with High Honors.

Mike also serves on the Board of Directors of the San Clemente Historical Society and the San Clemente Downtown Business Association. |
